Reproduce: Install & Activate WPCode Lite plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ Deactivate Admin Notices Manager plugin Open the Code Snippets list view page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcode Notice how the snippet list view: (a) appears right away, (b) the footer/copyright appears at the very bottom of the page. Now, activate Admin Notices Manger plugin.
