Hi I just updated my WordPress and somehow I can not see Elementor anymore in the list of installed plugins and also not in the left navigation. When I try to reinstall it using the plugin installer it gives me the message, that the folder is already existing. Any ideas what I can do? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] I stumbled on your posts – as you have posted in the support forum for a very old plugin – which is unlikely to be monitored. However the right place to ask is in the general support forums here https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ To be clear WordPress.org is an open source project that is totally volunteer run, so there is no business that is behind it to provide ‘commercial’ level support. However there is both the forums above and if you want more interactive support from volunteers online there is an IRC channel https://make.wordpress.org/support/irc-support-channel/
