This topic was modified 11 months, 4 weeks ago by teoustreet .
Hi @teoustreet We apologize for the issue caused by the latest update. We are aware of it and are working on a fix. For the time being, you can continue using version 3.4.10. Kind regards, Marija
Hi @marijastuntcoders , How can I rollback the plug in if it crashes even my wordpress administrator?
Hi @teoustreet , The admin of the site should have received an email from WordPress with “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” in the subject. In that email, you should see the “recovery mode” link you can use to access your site and disable/delete the plugin. Once you have deleted it, you can download it again, either from your WordPress dashboard, or from the Plugin page . If you are not seeing the email, you will need to access the wp-content/plugins/ folder from your FTP client and delete the facebook-for-woocommerce folder from there. Kind regards, Marija
@marijastuntcoders thanks
Hi @teoustreet , You can now update the plugin to the latest version – 3.5.2., as this issue has been resolved there. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. Kind regards, Marija
