I tried contacting you over at http://zatzlabs.com/ as it says to do, but the registration emails never arrive, so it’s impossible for me to make a support ticket over there. After installing this plugin I tried to search for a new theme to download inside my WordPress. But anytime I clicked on a theme it would bring up a blank page! I then freaked out and deactivated and deleted the plugin. But I still can’t access any of the themes. Please help. I have never seen anything like that happen before, but my first guess would be some sort of Caching issue, or even a temporary issue at the wordpress.org site. What I can say though is that this plugin does not “intervene” during Theme search and installation, so it is hard to imagine the plugin being the “cause” of your problem. I would therefore do the usual kind of stuff to refresh caching: logoff your web site, close your browser and start it again (perhaps even try another browser), login to your web site again, and retry adding a new theme. If you still think it is the plugin’s “fault”, you may want to install it again and immediately uninstall it, without activating it. That will ensure a clean removal of all of the plugin’s data stored in the WordPress database. This is not official support, and I will send a link to this thread to ZatzLabs. There’s a big sticky note at the top of the page that points users to where support is located. Please use that. –David @dgewirtz As described above, I cannot login to your support site. That is why I posted here. @adiant Thanks for your help! I wrongly assumed it was this plugin responsible when actually another one was causing the problem. Everything is fixed now 🙂
