Hello, this plugin has been working so well for us. Today we discovered that it can no longer calculate International rates. After enabling debug more the message “Australia Post Live Rates: Please enter a valid Service code.” is displayed when entering an International address. The customer is shown “No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.” We are at a loss to troubleshoot any further so would appreciate some assistance. Hello @ausdamo , Thank you for your report. To investigate the issue, I will need the information from Debug Mode (please see how to enable it: https://octolize.com/docs/article/australia-post-how-to-enable-debug-mode/ ) after entering the address in the Checkout page. Copy-paste from those sections: https://imgsh.net/i/dea063af76 The screenshots of the shipping method (which is not working) would also be helpful. Best regards, Marta Borówka Thanks Marta. I do see those blue panel messages after enabling debug mode. All I can see is the message I have already supplied. It appears in a red/pink message at the top of the checkout. Thanks for the information. According to that, I need to recreate the issue manually, so please send: 1. Screenshots of the shipping method setting (which is not working). 2. Sender and recipient addresses. 3. Information about the product(s) in your cart: size and weight. Best regards, Marta Borówka how can I do that without publicly posting that amount of detail here? I suspect that providing the addresses here may be problematic, so the best solution would be to contact us directly with all the information that I mentioned in the previous message: https://octolize.com/support Best regards, Marta Borówka Since we have not received a response, I am marking this thread as resolved.
