Hi I’m using the Zerif Lite theme and Pirate Forms but I do not receive the emails that are sent from the webpage. When sending the emails, I receive a message “your email has been sent successfully” on the webpage. When sending a test email, I get the message that the email failed to send. I have SMTP enabled. I have also tried using the plugin Post SMTP. I have checked my spam folder (as well as all other folders in my inbox) but there is nothing there. Can anybody help me fix the issue? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hey there, Is that only happening with Pirate Form? Are you able to get other emails in your WordPress, such as Forgot Password email? Can you try and let us know? Yes its only with pirate forms. I tried using contact form 7 and it worked perfectly. Can not get the pirate forms to work. I have also contacted my webhotell host and they have given me all the details for SMTP and it should work, but it does not. Hi there, I’d like you to contact us at: https://themeisle.com/contact/ for more assistance to you on this issue as this is the kind of issue we see rarely. Thanks. @rohittm Hi, I have solved the problem by changing the port and using a SMTP username and password. Do you really see this issue rarely? When I googled, there were a lot of people that had the same problem. Often it did not say how they solved the issue, or if they managed to solve it. Anyway, now that the problem is solved, the form works good! Thank you!
