I’ve just upgraded to 2.3.8 and my site that uses Pingdom transactions, suddenly stopped adding items to the cart in my test, although when doing it myself it adds to the cart okay. I’ve reverted back to 2.3.7 and now the tests are working again. Has something changed in how the button is assigned/built that would have affected this, Pingdom transactions use a real browser… but wondering if the ‘click’ isn’t being registered for some reason… all the steps before the ‘add to cart’ work okay? Obviously not a problem with the plugin but would be good to know if there is a way around this, so my automated tests don’t fail. Thank you. @justmejames Hello mate, Could you please send us the ZIP file for the Pingdom payment gateway? Additionally, could you let us know if it is possible to execute it in a test environment? Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team. Hi Pingdom is pingdom.com, it basically monitors a web site and pretends to click on buttons, when it automated clicking ‘add to cart’ it used to do that even when automated… but something has changed so that it doesn’t get added, so the next step of ‘view basket’ fails, as the button isn’t triggered properly. @justmejames Hi mate, To ensure we address your issue as quickly as possible, could you please start a ticket through the following platform? https://urbiport1.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 From there, our support team will be able to request the necessary data to investigate the issue you’re experiencing.
