supportThis happened literally last night. Our website now has on the header “ Warning : Undefined array key 1 in /home1/ab16383/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/class-api-utility.php on line 182 ” and will not allow us to navigate within our website. This has also created an issue with log in as it shows the above warning and other similar ones and will not let me log into my website’s dashboard. Did Constant Contact recently update their plugin and there’s a bug? If I can’t log in, how can I deactivate the plug in? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Are you getting errors like “headers already sent” or similar? or is it a complete white screen or “your site has experienced an issue” type message? The line in question is definitely a new one from the latest release, but we hadn’t been experiencing this issue thus far. In case it helps, what version of PHP are you running on, in case that’s contributing to the issue?
You can still see the site but can’t navigate within it. It’s also randomly expanded the header? Our site is http://www.weathervaneplayhouse.org . The error is at the top of the screen when I’m just viewing the website. When I try to log on in the dashboard it gives a full white screen with the same message as above but several other lines that are broken. I have no idea what version of PHP we’re running and not sure how to find it. lol. I’m using a theme within WordPress and then embedding constant contact within the website. I haven’t had to get into the backend stuff before since everything has just been plug and play.
Do you have access to the site’s file system, via SFTP or perhaps hosting dashboard? We can answer other questions once the site is back up. Renaming the plugin’s folder should “hotwire” it to be deactivated long enough to get you back up and in.
I just got it fixed. Thank you so much for your help!!!! Took me a bit to find the plugins folder but once I did, I was able to login and get everything fixed and working.
Did it allow you to successfully re-activate too? or is that still causing errors? Trying to determine urgency of a potential code reworking for the details
It did! Right now everything is back up and running with the forms working.
