The Plugin is creating the following notices Use of undefined constant QMCV_IO - assumed 'QMCV_IO' query-monitor-extension-checking-variables/classes/io.php:23 Use of undefined constant QMCV_IO - assumed 'QMCV_IO' query-monitor-extension-checking-variables/classes/io.php:24 Use of undefined constant QMCV_Collector_Variable_Checking - assumed 'QMCV_Collector_Variable_Checking' query-monitor-extension-checking-variables/classes/query_monitor/collector.php:21 Unfortunately your github repository is not up to date with this code, otherwise I would have submitted a pull request there. You can get rid of the notices by wrapping the above “Constants” in quotes however. https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor-extension-checking-variables/ Yes, class name for those add_action calls should be quoted. It is fixed from this version. Thank you for your reporting. 🙂
