Hello Wendy, Could you please let us know your current PHP memory limit? If you’re not sure, your hosting provider support should be able to tell you or help you check it. This information will help us better understand the issue and determine the next steps.
Hi, The PHP memory limit appears to be 1024 MB / 1 GB. The server log says: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted This happened repeatedly in: /wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall/lib/CleantalkSP/Common/HTTP/Request.php on line 221 Thanks, Wendy
Hello, Try the following steps, they may help: – Clear your site cache (including cache plugins). – Please check if the CURL is enabled on your web server. – Additionally, make sure that the Use WordPress HTTP API option is enabled in the CleanTalk Anti-spam plugin settings. If these steps don’t help, we’ll need more details.
