Hi there, Is the plugin PHP 8 compatible? We tried using PHP 8 on a site using this form plugin but caused a critical error so reverted back to PHP 7.4 which cleared up the issues. Thanks! If you’re experiencing an issue, copy/paste the exact error message and they can assist further. @nickiova is correct. There are issues with PHP 8 Example: The version 3.9.3 has issues with PHP 8.0/8.1 Redirect on Submit is not working It try to send a bug report but my “support period” is expired. Honestly I am not willing to pay so I can report a bug. That’s not a support request. @outsourcetoasia Please note that you are referring to FormCrafts Premium whereas this forum is for FormCrafts Basic. We’d recommend reaching us through support channels to avoid confusion between the two plugins. Actually I did that. I try to use the support channel because it’s a premium plugin. But I am not able to report a bug there because my support period expired. With other words I need to extend the support period just to report a bug. Like I mention already, I report a bug and that’s not a support request! @outsourcetoasia I have replied to your other message via email. Always the same PHP 8.0 problem for more than a year and Contactform does not solve the problem, just asks us for the url of the site etc… Might as well put a robot in after-sales service…
