Hello What PHP version do you use exactly ? You can see it at page >WooCommerce>Status. Our plugin requries 8.1+ So you can manually update plugin via >Plugins>Add New>Upload with https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woo-order-export-lite.4.0.2.zip
