Personalized message formatting

In the personalized message section, when I paste html or text with new lines in it, all the formatting is stripped out and the email received appears as one paragraph. Is it possible to keep the paragraph formatting or at least the new lines so the email message received is well formatted? Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. Didn’t see your message until now. Best, Tim Hi, It works on email so thanks for that. If possible, could you also fix it so it work in the preview screen as well? Also, I would like to ask that the Personalized Message appears when copy to clipboard, download, view or share across social media, since my whole site is about generating the personal message and it doesn’t make sense to just share the image. You want the whole greeting card. It will be even better if you can have an option to overlay the personal message on top of the Image so it will be great for social media sharing.
