I work in support forums where users sometimes need to implement custom code and are not familiar with the functions file or custom plugins. Sending them to use Pluginception is easier than explaining child themes and functions files! Super handy. Yikes. Just make sure they remove it afterwards. Giving users copy/pasta for fixing immediate problems is fine, but leaving them with a plugin and code creation tool on a live site probably isn’t the best. 🙂 Haha duly noted.
