Hi PayPal/WooCommerce team, We noticed that the Paypal button on checkout suddenly stopped working. The payment gateway is enabled and can be selected on checkout. Currently on version: 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 Looking on the browser console log we are getting the following error on page load: paypal_js_sdk_v5_unhandled_exception Uncaught Error: Remote call to disable() failed Error: Can not send postrobot_method. Target window is closed I can see another user reporting this as well: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/4384 . Hello @echodev3 Please start with the basic test. Here’s how you can proceed: Activate the Default Theme Temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme. This step will help determine if your current theme is causing the issue. Disable Other Plugins Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments . Test the Checkout Process Place a test order to see if the issue persists. Re-enable Plugins One by One If the problem resolves during the test, re-enable your plugins one at a time and test the checkout process after each activation. This will help you identify the plugin causing the conflict. If the issue continues even after following these steps, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Kind regards, Krystian
