Hi, I need your help, first my payments were going through and I couldn’t get a callback. I bought the pro version now my payments are not going through. I get PAYMENT REQUEST FAILED, and no STK push. I am on Test environment as I wait for the client to get the paybill number. The site will be mostly used in Tanzania but I am developing from Kenya. Any prompt assistance would be highly appreciated. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Same problem here, but with the non-pro version. The “info” email provided for assistance is now inactive and now unable to use the plugin. Kindly assist, Demkitech. Hi @wekessah and @ericochieng , I hope you managed to reach out to us on email(info@demkitech.com) where the replies are faster and the issue resolved. Replying for future reference: The “PAYMENT REQUEST FAILED” error is usually caused by having plugin settings that are not valid, especially on the Paybill/Till number field on the plugin settings. Regards, Demkitech
