Hi guys, We’ve been getting quite a few orders with this note: Paypal Credit Card Payment Failed with message: ‘This transaction cannot be processed due to either missing, incomplete or invalid 3-D Secure authentication values.’ Hi, unfortunately there is not much you can do if the person paying for the goods forget their 3D security code. You can also speak to PayPal support, they should be able to help you further.
