[PATCH] support horizontal and vertical position

Hi ! Currently, this plugin allow to specify left, center or right position. Depending on the theme (mine is twenty thirteen) it could be vertically aligned, like to bottom. Anyway, CSS allow vertical and horizontal alignement.
