review · 4 starsI clicked the upgrade button in the free plugin, it took me to Freemius, I completed payment and it redirected to my dashboard and said it was processing then the plugin page says ‘click the link in the email to opt in’. Never received an email and plugin still says free. No premium features available. I’m at a loss. This topic was modified 3 weeks, 1 day ago by olywebdev .

Hi olywebdev , Thank you for using our plugin and sorry about the trouble. The plugin should have been upgraded automatically after finishing your purchase. Still we cannot offer support for the premium version through WordPress forums. I will contact you at the email you used for the license purchase to fix this. Thanks again. Best regards, Giannis
I figured out the issue. Your domain you send emails from is blacklisted so they were getting captured by our firewall. I emailed you the info on the blacklisting so hopefully you can get that designation removed and emails can get through. Thanks for your replies.
Thank you for catching this @olywebdev and I am glad the issue has been resolved. It looks like our website host has been blacklisted for some reason. We are already in contact with them, and the issue will be resolved shortly. Best regards, Giannis
