supportI recently upgrade the Master Addons version to Version: 3.0.5 and Elementor 3.35.7. The pages are not loading anymore on the Edit with Elementor. I’m getting the following error: Uncaught Error: Template not found: #tmpl-uploader-editor at constructor.template (wp-util.min.js?ver=6.9.4:2:376) at constructor.render (wp-backbone.min.js?ver=6.9.4:2:2895) at constructor.render (media-views.min.js?ver=6.9.4:2:34848) at HTMLDocument.init (media-editor.min.js?ver=6.9.4:2:10771) at e (load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,underscore,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-mouse,backbone,wp-api-request,wp-hooks&ver=6.9.4:2:27028) at load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,underscore,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-mouse,backbone,wp-api-request,wp-hooks&ver=6.9.4:2:27330 Once I disable the plugin, the page starts to load again.
Hi @kessada So sorry for the issue. Can you please let me know which theme you have active + which plugins you have.I am sure there is a compitablity issue and we have to fix the problem. At the maintime, you can download the previous version and use it on your website that was working fine.
I’m currently running the Astra theme on v4.12.5. Besides that, the only plugins I have enabled are Elementor. If I enable Master Addons, it doesn’t load the pages anymore. If I disable, it starts loading back.
Hi @kessada , Sorry for the late reply. Please try increasing the memory limit. We have tried to produce your issue many times but our environment does not allow it. Try this documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php If the issue is not resolved, please let us know. Thanks a lot
