Hi I used one page to test the redirection, but after removing the redirection, the page is now showing the following error: https://ibb.co/fV66Vt3k I’ve already tried purging the cache, but the issue remains. I also tested on different devices and browsers, and the same error still appears. Could you please help to check? Thanks Hey @sheling83 Thanks for the details. I can see the same issue on the following page that you’ve shared: https://www.tuneprotect.com/emeia2/en/claim/how-to-claim/ Just to better understand, when you mentioned purging the cache, was it the browser cache or the cache on your WordPress site? Knowing this will help us narrow down what’s causing the issue. Best, Patrick Hi Patrick, I already tried both, cleared the browser cache and also used a plugin to clear the WordPress cache, but still seeing the same issue. Hey @sheling83 Thank you for confirming. I’ll review this with our development team to ensure we have full clarity on the matter. Once I have an update, I’ll follow up with you promptly. Best, Patrick Hey @sheling83 Our development team was able to review this. To troubleshoot this properly, we may need to review technical details (such as configuration settings, logs, or other information) that can’t be shared safely on the public forum. If you’d like, you can reach out to us through our official live chat support here: https://premio.io/ (The widget on the bottom-right). This way, we can review the issue more securely and provide more specific guidance. Best, Patrick
