Hello, I have a page with 20 – 30 words and their pronounciation using the plugin. After adding them the page takes close to 1 minute to load. If I disable the plugin the page loads imediately. Any advice? Audio files are 50 – 70 kb in size…. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Thank you for reaching out to us. I carried out a test using the URL above and it does take too long to load up. I know you have already tested the disabling of our plugin which speeds up the loading of the page in question. Have you also carried out a plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting test? There might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Are you also running a cache plugin in your site or server? Hi @bummero Sorry for bothering you but I’m having the exact same issue and I already tried disabling all plugins / changing theme to no avail. Did you manage to fix the issue on your side, and if so, how?
