supportI have an ibtana- VW them, and using Post and Page Builder to edit. The editor has rendered the page unresponsive for two days now. I can load the page to edit, but once I click on it, the page becomes unresponsive. Please help! The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi Carson! Did the Post and Page Builder editor work before with the Ibtana theme used on your website or is this the first time you have tried using it? If things did work before were there any recent configuration changes, such as new plugin installations or updates, that happened prior to the editor freezing up on you? I was able to get the free version of the VW Consulting theme installed in a test environment alongside the Post and Page Builder, but so far I have not been able to replicate the unresponsiveness described in your message. My initial thought was that there was some kind of conflict with the Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder plugin that the theme recommends using, but the editor is working as expected for me while both plugins are activated at the same time. Does the editor work for you if all other plugins except those two (Ibtana and Post and Page Builder) are deactivated? It is possible that another plugin is conflicting with the Post and Builder editing interface loading properly and we should be able to narrow down the source of the problem soon. Please let us know if you have any additional questions for us while we troubleshoot this!
