I have been using this plugin extensively for years and reply on it to control access to pages depending on the user’s role in the organisation. I just updated my test website from WP 6.6.2 to 6.8.1 and have encountered a problem. Pages whose access is restricted to specific groups of users are now accessible to any logged-in user until I update the page. I don’t need to make any changes to the content or the setting of the pages, simply click on the Update button and the access restrictions are restored. So I’m guessing that there’s some database entry that has been zapped by the WordPress core update but which gets restored when I update the page. I have a lot of pages so going through them all to update them will be tedious. So, before updating my live site to WP 6.8.1 and, presumably, experiencing the same problem, I thought I would ask if there’s anything less time-consuming I could do to restore the access restrictions.
