Hi, I’m wondering if this is possible as I saw someone else posted about this but I don’t think they got a reply. If you could let me know that would be great 🙂 I have setup three cart messages, but the trouble is they all overlap. So the first cart message shows for 6 products where they get 1 free. The second shows for 12 products where they get 2 free. And the third shows for 20 products where they get a discount. The problem is that when they’ve added say 20 to their basket it shows the right message about a discount, but it also shows the message about getting 1 free and getting 2 free which isn’t technically correct. So can a maximum quantity be set for each one so that the messages don’t overlap and all show at once as it looks a bit confusing I think for shoppers? Thanks! Helen The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi Helen, We have understood your problem. Basically, is what happening on your end is that multiple cart messages that have similar criteria for product(s) or product categories are showing up together. So, to solve this issue the pro version of our plugin : Dynamic Cart Messages Pro for WooCommerce comes with a priority feature that allows yout to set priority for cart messages and shows only one message at a time (despite multiple cart messages fulfilling the similar crtieria) Enabling that feature and setting the priority for each of your cart messages will resolve your issue. One other thing before I do – I also noticed that the icons are not displaying as they should in the banners, they don’t appear at all at the left of the messages – https://mrsshah.co.uk/revieworder/ Do you know why this is the case and how it can be fixed? Thanks, Helen Hi Helen, We understand your concern about the Icons not appearing in the cart message. We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve encountered.
