Outstanding Plugin with Even Better Support!

We’ve been using BetterDocs extensively to power our large-scale knowledge base on WordPress, and while the plugin itself is rich with features and beautifully designed, it’s the support team that truly deserves the spotlight. Recently, we faced a critical challenge…migrating over 1,000 support articles into BetterDocs using the CSV import function. Despite our team’s strong technical foundation, the import wasn’t working as expected, and time was of the essence. What followed was a refreshing experience: instead of redirecting us to generic support articles (which, to be fair, BetterDocs has in abundance and of high quality), the support team rolled up their sleeves, reviewed our complex Excel sheet, corrected formatting issues, and sent back a fully import-ready CSV file within 24 hours . The import worked flawlessly…over 1,000 articles successfully uploaded in one go, preserving our internal structure and content integrity. This level of care and proactive service is rare.
