supportHello, our WordPress site crashed after BetterDocs 4.4.1. Environment: WordPress 6.9.4 PHP 8.3.30 Theme: b2bstay 1.0.0 BetterDocs 4.4.1 Elementor installed Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “ElementorPro\Modules\ThemeBuilder\Documents\Single_Base” not found in /wp-content/plugins/betterdocs/includes/Editors/Elementor/SingleDocs.php on line 21. It looks like BetterDocs is registering the Elementor Single Doc document type and extending an Elementor Pro Theme Builder class without checking whether Elementor Pro / Theme Builder is available. Please confirm if this is a known BetterDocs 4.4.1 compatibility issue and whether there is a safe patch or hotfix. For now we have disabled BetterDocs by renaming the plugin folder.

Please ensure you’re using the latest versions of Elementor FREE and PRO, along with BetterDocs.If you’re still encountering the same issue with the updated version, could you kindly share your site health information? Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard . Then paste it in PasteBin and share the link with us. Hi, sorry for the delay. The site is under construction, and the problem hasn’t occurred again. Unfortunately, I don’t even remember what action caused this error. The only thing I can tell you is that I don’t use Elementor templates for your plugin. If it still gives you the error, I’ll let you know. Thanks.
