Hello, The OTP code is always incorrect, even I copy/paste it. Could you please help me ? Please try deactivating all other plugins except Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce and WooCommerce , then test the OTP again. Also, the page you mentioned — /login-authentication/ — is not part of the Free version of the plugin. Could you confirm if you’re using the PRO version or the Free version? Thanks Hello @gaurav1092 , There were updates yesterday, but I was able to login after they installed. It’s even worse after deactivating all other plugins: I don’t receive the OTP email, and when I click on Try again, I get the error below. I’m using the PRO version, and not using the popup.
