A customer is trying to fill out a CF7 form but gets “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later” in an orange box. I know the orange box means some system thinks she’s a spammer. So I filled out her form for her and was able to get it through successfully. So what system thinks she’s spam? Is it the WordPress system? Is it my website’s hosting? Is it the email domain of the form’s website (in other words, the IT settings of our domain’s email system)? Or is it her internet network?
