Hello, I installed this plugin with correct artist ID and added a shortcode into the page but absolutely nothing appears on that page. I did try to use widget and it behaves the same – widget doesn’t appear. I checked PHP version and it is 5.2.4. Could you please help me somehow? Website URL is http://autumnist.com/live/ PHP info file is here – should be some option changed there on server? http://www.autumnist.com/phpinfo.php Thanks in advance. https://wordpress.org/plugins/songkick-concerts-and-festivals/ hello! not sure what’s going on! could you share the shortcode that you’ve added? thanks! Hello, Thanks for response. I added this shortcode: [songkick_concerts_and_festivals songkick_id=2387278 songkick_id_type=artist] When I used to try this at another my WordPress site hosted on different server it worked with any problem. Do you think it could be an issue of a server? It doesn’t look like this artist has any upcoming events. https://www.songkick.com/artists/2387278 Do you have it configured to hide if there are no events (on the Plugin’s setting page)? No, I didn’t configure it to hide. When I used to try it on that other WordPress website basic interface with logo and note “No upcoming concerts or festivals” appeared. Anyway, JavaScript based code from Songkick generator works alright but it doesn’t show past / archive shows – that’s reason I prefer to use your plugin. Sorry, that was my only guess. It’s quite hard to debug “remotely” 🙂 Can you see any errors in the PHP logs? No problem, I appreciate your help so much! Concerning errors I found this log: [Wed Jul 23 15:25:50 2014] [error] [client 178.41.15.93] ERROR: http://autumnist.com while trying to test Songkick Concerts plugins API key: WP_Http/WP_Error message: couldn’t connect to host, referer: http://autumnist.com/wp-admin/index.php Sorry, I forgot to add there are many logs concerning this plugin affecting some other PHP files like edit.php, widgets.php, post.php etc. Should it be helpful I can send log file by email. I must notice I’m not a coder and have just basic knowledge about this. Would it be possible to contact your host provider to ask them why? You can drop me an email on saleandro at yahoo dot com thanks!
