Your plugin is exactly what I was looking for, but I can’t get it to work in Genesis theme. When I select the form (I have only one), the “select fields” option does not open and mail tasks list remains empty. Gravity Forms is the only plugin that I have installed. http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-periodic-notification-e-mails-by-weptile/ I just realized that in the installation directions you list 3. Place <?php do_action(‘plugin_name_hook’); ?> in your templates Could you please provide an example where exactly this line is supposed to go and what is the ‘plugin_name_hook’?
