supportHowdy, This was working flawlessly for our client, up until he called me today saying he couldn’t drag the order of the posts any more. When he hovers over a post title the mouse cursor doesn’t change to indicate that it’s draggable. I checked and he is correct. The only way to make it work for him was to change his role to admin. But that’s not a real solution. As mentioned this never used to be a problem, so it’s odd that it now is. FYI we’ve made no changes to the website or added any new plugins. All plugins are up to date. I checked his role privileges and (using the User Role Manager plugin) and there doesn’t appear to be any options related to Intuitive Custom Post Order. Have you guys accidentally introduced a bug?
I just wanted to note that we are seeing this too on a site with Woocommerce, where a user is a Shop Manager and can’t drag/drop items but I can as an admin.
your custom role (or shop manager role) needs some of these capabilities: hicpo_load_script_css hicpo_update_menu_order hicpo_update_menu_order_tags hicpo_update_menu_order_sites you can easily add them with plugins like advanced access manager.
