In plesk server, this form not working… how can I rectify it. I cant able to receive any emails. Dear rathipriya, We have a lot of Users and the Plugin works very well in most of the surroundings. If you have trouble running your WordPress with the plugin, feel free to ask us in the support forum. If the plugin does not send mails, most of the time the WP is not configured properly. Try to send admin mail to check if the Wp is sending any mails (for example create a new user, WP will send a notification to the admin user. The plugin uses the same function. If you recieve the admin mails and the Plugin is still not sending mails please contact us again and we will try to help. best Mondula Team. yes, I receive the emails from wp, and I used contact form 7 plugin also, that mails receiving, only multi-step form plugin only not receiving emails (this form success message is showing but I cannot able to receive any emails). We are very sorry that the plugin in your WP is not working properly. Have you checked your spam filter? Please try to disable all plugins except the multistep and try again. Hope that helps for debugging. best regards. PS: Downrating a plugin while recieving support from us is not very friendly.
