supportHi, the plugin works perfectly on product page, but on search page I see the old price, without the Markup. I’m using the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and Flatsome theme. Can you help me? Thanks
Hello @francy27 , Thanks for contacting us. We are reviewing this concern with the dev team and will provide an update shortly.
I think it’s the same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pricing-rules-only-applied-to-single-product-pages-and-not-in-the-store/
Hello @spithash , We’ve successfully resolved the discount issue on the product search pages, and this fix has been included in the latest release version. Discounts are now functioning correctly on the shop, product, and category pages, based on our testing. Please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version to implement this fix. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, feel free to reach out to us.
I’m going to check it. Thank you!
I can confirm that it’s still not working even on the latest version. I had to rollback to 1.4.5 again which is the last version that worked without such issues.
Hello @spithash , We’re sorry to hear that the issue persists for you. To help us investigate further, could you please provide more details about the specific problem you’re encountering with the latest version? A screen recording or any error logs would be incredibly useful for diagnosing the issue. Additionally, we recommend connecting with us through the commercial plugin support option.
