supportHi, I have the problem that the tooltips doesn’t seem to work in a woocommerce shop running in an enfold-theme. I digged up your forum post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-support-for-cm-tooltip-glossary/ Is it still not working? I really want to use your great plugin, but I need it primarilly for shop-products. Kind regards
The plugin is currently compatible with the Enfold theme, so tooltips should appear on all port types where parsing is enabled. To make tooltips work on the product pages, please make sure that the “ Product ” post type is added to the “ Highlight terms on given post types ” option of the plugin.If highlight terms is enabled on the product, but the tooltips still do not appear, please provide a link to the page where we can check why the issue appears.
Hi, thank you very much for the quick reply. Product(product) is activated, but it is still not working. We created a glossary-entry called “DuoFlow”, which is in the product description, but it is not showing a tooltip. Can I send you the URL privatly?
