Not working

Hi, I’ve installed the plugin correctly, but it appears greyed out for our clients and they’re unable to use it. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Thanks in advance. Hey @guillermopwgspain Hope you are doing well! If the Amazin Pay express checkout is greyed out, it’s almost certain that your Merchant account is still not approved. Did you try switching to sandbox mode to see if Express checkout has the same behaviour? Better if you test this in a staging site. Looking forward for your response.
