UPDATE: changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars for now as the plugin is now working after Heatmaps Support helped debug this (thanks!). The issue was that I had 3rd party cookies disabled. The plugin is now collecting data as intended. However, I still don’t have enough data, so haven’t been able to appreciate how Heatmaps can help… Hopefully, I’ll change the rating to ***** really soon! *** This plugin is simply not working for me… I followed all the installation/set up steps, the plugin status is active, but a) the bookmarklet doesn’t work, b) the Heatmap.me sidebar won’t connect to my Google or FB accounts, and c) pressing Alt+Shift+H doesn’t do anything either. It’s been 8 months since this plugin was updated, so I wonder if this is no longer supported? This topic was modified 7 years, 10 months ago by ecabral . The plugin is still supported — and is mostly a thin wrapper to make the installation easy. Can you contact us at support@heatmap.me with the domain you are having trouble with? The most likely issue is that you have a browser extension that prevents our script to be loaded but it could be something else. Thanks, Thanks for the reply! Email sent as disabling all Chrome extensions didn’t do the trick, I’m afraid. @heatmap – thank you for your assistance (via email)! Problem solved after I enabled 3rd party cookies.
