The software from they is not “finished”, have a lot of bugs and when you try to contact they on the support part, you have to wait more than 2 months for an answer and after that the issues are still not solved ( and the issues it’s coming from their side ) . It’s not efficient for a business to wait an issue fix more than 2 months. Also the software it’s made by a single person, the updates are made by the same person and also the support part is made by the 1 person ( the same person ). It’s a waste of money and time if you want to use this for your business. This user has raised 40+ support tickets over the last year. I would estimate that the majority of the issues have been caused by their web server losing write permissions of the files that it creates. I think that somebody or something is changing ownership of the files (maybe another ftp user who wants to edit the files?), so when the system tries to remove/overwrite a legitimate file, it can’t. This creates installations that run a combination of old and new files which naturally will cause unusual behaviour. There’s no way for me to guard against this, and finding these causes is incredibly time consuming and often very difficult. I work very hard to make Jomres as good as I can. I’m sorry that you don’t like it, and I wish you the best of luck in your future projects. Hello, We give this review because we seen in 1 year for the support part, in the most of the time we waited a long time for an response from your side, not really for an resolution, just for an answer ( and not anytime was the same issue, for many topics we had waited more than 2 weeks.
