supportIf a user clicks “no thanks not interested” it no longer shows it when user comes back at a different time. I need it to always show when page is reloaded. Where is the setting for this? Thanks! The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]

Please ensure you have all the visibility options at Behaviour >> Additional Settings set to “Keep showing this module” for the pop-up to show up when the page is reloaded. Yes, all three of those options are set to “Keep Showing”
Hi @larajdesigns09 , After taking another look, I realized my earlier response missed something. The mentioned message appears when the “Never see this again” link setting is active for the pop-up. Disabling that option should prevent the message from showing up, and the pop-up will display on every page load. You can find the option to disable the same at Edit Pop Up >> Content. That worked for previous site, but this site is not showing still https://bmoorewealth.com/ Except in private window. I have turned off “Never see this again”

You should be able to find the Export option by clicking on the Gear icon inside the pop-up editor. Hi @larajdesigns09 , I reviewed the Pop Up settings and observed that you have the option “Pop up closed by clicking outside of the Pop-up” disabled at Behavior >> Closing Behavior for this pop-up. Can you please enable the option and check if that helps to resolve the issue? It had no effect, and it still isn’t showing.

I checked this on my side and confirmed that the pop-up now appears on every page visit, including after it has been closed before. Please find a screen record from my end: https://jumpshare.com/s/tVEm4BnuSD4gxkL3Uk7k In one of your responses, I see that you mentioned that the issue is not showing up in a private window. It could be old cookie data causing the issue. Can you please try clearing all the cookies and sessions for this website and see if that helps to resolve the issue? Best Regards, Nebu John
