For some reason it doesn’t filter at all. doesn’t work in your demo either. Hello, I’m sorry about that. Could you tell me how can I generate this issue on the demo? https://woocommercefilter.mostafaa.net/shop/ nothing happens when you select something on the filter. Same on my test site. Maybe the latest wordpress or woocommerce update broke something? Hi, I’m having the same problem. No filter (checkbox, search, price, brand) works. To repeat the error: Install the plugin; create a filter; Leave all the default options; On the Database Query tab, use the post type “Product”, Main Query, Product Archive; After that, create the category items (or whatever); Source of options: Taxonomy; taxonomy: product category; I already try to delete the plugin and install again, but after install all the settings are saved (and i cant delete it). Thank You! Hello, I think you can add a new filter item and display the filter on the frontend. Could you put a link to your shop page? Hi, thank you for your quick answer! I already insert the widget on frontend. I am using Astra Theme For example: https://mariaejoaobb.com.br/categoria-produto/bebe-menina/ Hi, Edit the filter settings and set the option Pretty URLs to OFF this option is only for the Pro version. Hi, Thank you! You are welcome @zarkas6 I need to see your website if the issue still exist. Still an issue – tried more or less all settings. not a site I have designed just adding product filter to it – http://wordpress.alphaweb.dk/ Edit the filter settings and click the tab Database query. Set the option “Pages” to the “Product archive” For your information, you need to hide the filter on this page http://wordpress.alphaweb.dk/shop/ Thanks Mostafa had to set post type to product and pages to product archive and using ajax to true – then it worked 🙂 Good for you.
