supportHi, For testing I created: Product A with stock set to 1 Product B with stock set to 2 Bundle product with one unit of product A and one unit pf product B The bundle inventory is automatically set to manage stock with 1 for quantity. If I change the stock quantity of Product A or B the bundle stock will be synced accordingly to the lesser value, which is correct. The problem is that when I try to checkout, I get the “Not enough units of BUNDLE NAME are available in stock to fulfil this order”. I tracked this to WooCommerce Automattic\WooCommerce\Checkout\Helpers\ReserveStock::reserve_stock_for_product in which $result returns 0. Am I missing something here?
Hi @webdados In order to check this further, kindly deactivate other plugins and only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check. If it can be added properly to the cart with quantity of 1 unit, then there must be something else interfering with our plugin on your site. It might be a quantity controlling plugin or stock plugin. Reactivate others one by one will help you find the source of the conflict. Best regards.
This happens on a new install with just WordPress + WooCommerce + your plugin: https://webdados-naked-cat-plugins.neetorecord.com/admin/recordings/f69d34cb-9ac9-47fc-a2d0-160437444aa9 You can access and manage this temporary website here: https://solicitous-hare-87f2e9.instawp.co/wp-admin User: ruwonucowe4637 Pass: tx3cNqHXo1KFZrMnkgBa
@janilyn409 did you had the chance to check the video and the temporary WordPress install I created?
@janilyn409 I’m experiencing exactly the same issue on one of my sites, where all the products included in the bundle are in stock, yet at checkout I receive the message: “Not enough units of Cabaz Gourmet do Alentejo are available in stock to fulfil this order.”
Hi, I have a client’s site with the same problem. A few days ago, we solved it by enabling the automatic price calculation option. But now it’s happening in reverse: some bundles with the option enabled are throwing an error, while others aren’t, and disabling it solves the problem. We’re currently resolving it as we go when customers can’t purchase the bundle and notify us, but we need to know the root cause, because some customers are waiting for us to fix it, while others are simply leaving without buying.
Hi @janilyn409 , any news on this? Seems like I’m not alone here. I’m considering this plugin for a project, maybe the pro version (not sure yet, can’t promise), but this is blocking the decision. Thanks!
Thank you all for reaching out to us here. We have just been back from the long vacation for celebrating the Lunar New Year. Today we will start working on pending issues during those days. It might take some time since the number of requests are quite large for us to handle within our working sessions. Hi @webdados , Thanks for your feedback. For the security and safety reasons, please delete the credentials from public post as we are prohibited to access users’ site due to forum guidelines. To other users @marianmoon & @filipemendespt , I have sent a report to our developers for further considerations. They will need some time to check and provide feedback. Meanwhile, please use anh workaround that can be useful for your sites now. Caches/ stock controlling or quantity controlling plugins might interfere with our plugin. We recommend that you test it while keeping only the WooCommerce, our plugin and WooCommerce specialized theme such as Storefront or our WPC themes to be sure. Best regards.
Thanks for the feedback. I know the forum rules, I run “a couple” of plugins here also 🤓 The mentioned website is a temporary, disposable, and was created on InstaWP just for this test, so you can confirm it happens with a clean install of WordPress + WooCommerce + your plugin.
Hi @webdados , I have sent all the details to our developers. They have been working on this but found nothing new. Meanwhile, I just reread your post and found out that I overlooked the video shared. Thus, I created a similar bundle on our test site and checked through the same process as in your video. The order was placed successfully. The only notable difference is the theme we use is our WPCstore theme. You can check out the video here: https://app.screencast.com/QOomQ9iEbhLse . I will reach back to you when our developers have reached a conclusion in this case. Best regards.
Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I’ve been consistently reproducing this on existing and new installs, and I see there’s a few more people above with the same issue. I just saw your video. Was this a brand new install, like the one in the video I shared? Have you logged-in to the temporary website I mentioned above and tried it?
Hi @webdados , Our developers responded that this might not be an issue between our plugin and Woo/WP updates but rather with other themes/templates. Our test site is, just as described, only comprised of WooCommerce, WordPress at the latest version, our WPCstore theme and WPC plugins. We do not use any external plugins while testing the functionalities, thus we can confirm if the conflict is within or outside of our plugin. I am not a technical support agent, so all I can do is to collect the data and details about the issues and send them all to our developers. Our company doesn’t allow us to log in to users’ site on this forum to avoid possible complaints. Some users accused us of messing things up before. To not cause any trouble, we will try to retrieve the same settings on our site for testing. My guess is that this could be an issue with an external element. However, in order to figure it out, it might take pretty much time. Our developers will investigate further on this. For now, we didn’t detect such issues with our plugin. We will need more data from different users to gather the common things that could point to the source of the conflict. There’s always some reports of issues from users in every update since the themes being used are different alongside with different combinations of plugins. Best regards.
Hi @janilyn409 , I understand you do not want to login to an existing website (even if it was created on purpose for you…), but I guess you can easily replicate it: As I said, a new install with WordPress + WooCommerce + Storefront (the flagship WooCommerce theme that is used for testing by the majority of plugin developers) or the default WordPress 2025 theme, shows the problem. Our test site is, just as described, only comprised of WooCommerce, WordPress at the latest version, our WPCstore theme and WPC plugins. Any testing of a WooCommerce plugin should be done with either Storefront or the default WordPress theme. You can’t argue that it works with your “WPCstore” theme, so there’s no problem. It makes little sense. You can say: if it works with Storefront or the default WP theme, there’s no problem, but not your own theme. I’m just trying to help fixing a problem that, in fact, exists, as other users above are reporting.
Hello, we are impacted by the same problem…any solution to this? It kills our sales pretty bad as we run a lot of bundle that customers like, support is overloaded with tickets about this “Not enough units of [Product Name] are available in stock to fulfil this order.” This needs to be put on high priority urgency resolution, we are currently looking for plugin alternatives
Hi. Exactly the same problem here in every respect. All products in stock. No product is out of stock/ unpurchasable/ low in threshold/ set as private . Customer gets the message “Not enough units in stock to fulfil this order”. From your earlier post “We will need more data from different users to gather the common things that could point to the source of the conflict.” What do you need?
