Not a good plugin

The system is broken. Although I asked for one license they added another one by accident a few days later. Since then I asked them many times to cancel the second one and stick too the first. *Years* have passed and the issue hasn’t been resolved the right way. More problems: many times in the WP Admin Panel I need to add the license number because for some reason the system “forgets” it. Even more problems: the support is super fast but they can’t speak English very well. As a result communication is far from good. Last but not least: their website is full of bugs. Some of them are silly but others are pretty important. For example you can’t complete a purchase until you answer the question “How did you find us?”. But this question is invisible. However if you refresh the page, in the middle of the purchase, you can move on without needing to answer the question. There are better similar plugins out there. I just can’t trust them anymore and I suggest you to avoid them.
