After adding products to the cart the qty doesn’t count up correctly Fly Cart. The pop out shows only inital counter for the product – not the count that’s acually is in the cart. Here is what show in the Fly Cart: https://www.webalive.dk/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Skaermbillede-2025-03-05-171218.png Here is what show in WooCommerce cart: https://www.webalive.dk/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Skaermbillede-2025-03-05-171255.png I’øve never seen this on any other sites that I have running. Do you have any idea on what can happen here. Where does Fly Cart get the number from if not from the WooCommerce cart ? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi @webalive , I checked your site and found out that the total quantity count and the price were correct. Only item quantity was not refreshed. So the Fly Cart still regards the quantity change but there was a conflict with something on your site that prevented our plugin from getting the correct quantity. You can try these steps: Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/ then try again. Deactivate the WooCommerce Min Max plugin and check it again. If it was this plugin, you can kindly consider replacing it with the https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-product-quantity/ to configure min/max/steps for products on your site. If these doesn’t help, you might want to deactivate all other plugins, except WooCommerce and ours to check the functionality. Then reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict. After finding the source, you might want to consider an alternative to solve the conflict. We do not have any technical support agent on this forum to help you with technical conflicts, unfortunately. All I can help is to guide you to troubleshoot the issue. Best regards. Hi @janilyn409 Thanks for your reply – I tryed to deactivate the Min Max plugin – it did not change the situation. Since this is a live site, I’ll hesitate to remove “all” plugins. Fly Cart have the option to remove the “plus/minus” by settings – would it possible to remove the count aswell ? Hi @webalive , You can set up a staging site for your site so you can make a kind of tests on that to find the source of this issue. Unfortunately, the plus/minus buttons won’t affect the quantity input. I am suspecting that this is an incompatibility issue with another plugin or theme. Only you can test it from your end. Please make sure to create a full backup of your site before making any changes. Clear the caches from your site and browser after updating or changing settings. Best regards.
