when using this plugin I can successfully upload files but I cannot see thumbnails or images in the media library. I just get a blank box. i can download the files from azure storage after upload and that works fine. What version of the plugin are you using? I did a test of WordPress 4.6.1 and plugin version 1.2.0 and it looks to be working fine.
