I use DIVI for my website. Regardless of the settings for this plugin, the upload field isn’t displayed. Not even when I use the shortcode. What does work is the following: add_action( 'woocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details', function() { echo do_shortcode('[wpwham_checkout_files_uploader]'); }); Sorry you’re having trouble.
