Trying to set a bunch of ‘processing’ payments to failed at once. But even though you can do it individually you can’t do that in bulk? It isn’t an option in the bulk dropdown? What am I missing? Hi @starhorsepax2 I understand you’d like to update multiple orders that are currently in the Processing status to Failed using a bulk action, but you’re not seeing Failed as an available option in the bulk actions dropdown. You’re not missing anything. While WooCommerce allows you to manually change an individual order’s status to Failed , there isn’t currently a built-in bulk action to change multiple orders to the Failed status at once. For more details you can use this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/overview-and-bulk-management/#bulk-actions If you’d like to see this functionality added to WooCommerce, I’d recommend submitting a feature request here: https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/woocommerce/ Feature requests help our team gauge interest in new functionality, and other store owners can vote on suggestions they’d like to see implemented. Thank you
