I am not getting any notifications on new orders. Pushover works just fine when sending a test key (from this plugin and from the Pushover website). The debug log file is completely empty. https://wordpress.org/plugins/pushover-for-woocommerce/ Please post your WooCommerce Support report so I can see the versions of plugins. Or you can post it here: http://growdevelopment.com/support/ WooCommerce version: 2.2.8 WordPress version: 4.0.1 WooCommerce Pushover Integration version: 1.0.6 I’m not able to recreate this. I’m getting all messages. Please make sure all of your API setting are correct, the New Order notification is checked, and your device is on. Also, I’d suggest deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Pushover and testing a basic new order. You were in a hurry to close this issue. It still does not work. The test button on this plug-in does work. I do get a message when clicking ‘Send Test Notification’ so the User API Token is right. I double checked the Site API Token is correct, and yes the ‘New Order’ tick box is marked. Still no notifications from the website. When I tick the box ‘Debug’ the debug log file is empty. It is empty when testing with the button ‘Send Test Notification’ and it is empty on real new orders. This plugin start working. It is working when making purchases using a credit card but does not work if using PayPal. I am in the exact same boat. All of our orders are processed via PayPal and no new order notifications come through. I am 99% certain everything is set up correctly, and test notifications work just fine. From the post above, it sounds like maybe there is a problem with the paypal payment processing logic not triggering the new order notification. I do get new order notifications from WC, so that part works fine – just never anything via pushover. -Mark I just updated settings to have ALL boxes checked (I had $0 orders and backorders unchecked) and ran a test transaction and I DID receive the notification. So perhaps the problem has to do with one of those two settings. -Mark
