This was super easy to setup for me, but it quickly became a negative for my site because I get NO notification that someone is waiting to chat from my phone or my computer, so I’m constantly missing chats. Yes I have notifications turned on and I have re-installed the messenger app on my phone several times. Facebook support was no help troubleshooting why I don’t get any notifications. Yes, I agree with you. Very annoying regarding the lack of notification.
