It’s impossible to export your e-mails, even after installing an extra plugin provided by them. The support is unreachable, I created an account etc. impossible to reach out. This is very disappointing and frustrating. About your issue: probably you’re referring to export of subscribers list, which you can do by using our free Import and Export addon, available for registered users.
