Hi there, I’ve installed the plugin NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) for protection. It was working well for months with login protection using “Captcha image”. But now I can’t get into the WordPress backend because I can’t log in: after logging in, the “Captcha” appears, but after numerous attempts I am unable to log in because after carefully entering the letters and numbers of the image and then clicking on “Login Page” nothing happens except that I get a new Captcha image. As described in this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ninjafirewall-login-protection-problem-2/ I deleted Browser-Cache and the file bf_conf.php Wich unfortunately didn’t help 🙁 Thanks a lot in advance! Do you have other sites protected by NF on that account? Can you run the troubleshooter script? 1. Download the script: https://nintechnet.com/share/wp-check.txt 2. Rename it to “wp-check.php”. 3. Over FTP, upload it into your WordPress root folder. 4. Go to https://YOUR WEBSITE/wp-check.php 5. Delete the script afterwards. Please paste the results of the troubleshooter script here.
